Lead your team to deliver exceptional pizza and customer service. As Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff during your shift, handle customer feedback, and ensure our kitchen meets Jet's quality standards consistently.

• 1+ year supervisory experience
• Restaurant operations knowledge
• Strong leadership skills
• Conflict resolution ability
• POS system proficiency

Greet customers with the Jet's warmth and ensure every order is placed accurately and efficiently. You'll handle phone and in-person orders, process payments, and be the friendly first impression our customers love.

• Basic math and cash handling
• Prior customer service a plus
• Able to multitask under pressure
• Weekend availability preferred
