11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other proprietary rights, without first engaging in the informal dispute resolution procedure described above.

11.5 Time Limitation on Claims

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred, notwithstanding any statute of limitations to the contrary.

These Terms are not intended to and shall not be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, agency, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and Jet's Pizza.

16. Force Majeure

Jet's Pizza shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, power outages, Internet or telecommunications failures, or supply chain disruptions.
